Ive been looking for a laundromat for some time and one just came up for sale near me. The current owner stated that the laundromat is on well water. The laundromat is in a small strip mall with 3 other buisnesses, a Mexican restaurant, barber shop and pet grooming store. I need to get more details on the well. He kind of made it seem like the well water feeds all the businesses. Does anyone have experience with well water in a laundromat? Is that a bad idea?
I feel like its very nice to not have to pay for water but I can see many problems with relying on well water especially if everyone uses the same well. Thanks for your replies
