Verbal offer accepted…. Now what?

Hello laundromat resource! I just got a verbal acceptance on my offer. Now I had the LOI but I need to make some corrections until we sign. But as of now, what’s the recommended next step…. Begin creating flyers to distribute for marketing, due diligence, etc.
I figured I’d go to the source to get opinions, perspective and advice from others.
