Hello Team,
I hope everyone is doing well. I have a question that I would like input on; would it be worthwhile to target people in apartment complexes for pick-up and drop-off services? Since these complexes house well over 100 people, there will already be a laundry room in the complex. What do you think? Thank you all so much!
Best,

Think about who your wash and fold customers are. They are generally well to do or middle class busy families, professionals, and probably some elderly. If these apartments are on the higher end, then this could be your customer. If they are on the lower end, then they are a laundry room or laundromat customer. Wash and fold and self service customers in most cases are different people, the only common denominator is laundry,

Thank you for responding. I see that targeting demographics is a very important aspect of the laundry business, more specially pick up and delivery. Do you know the best way to figure demographics of my surrounding areas so I know where to target? Thanks.
