        Hello all, I have a deal for a store in Long Beach, CA and I am looking for a partner. I have P&L, and have visited the store personally. Preliminary evidence suggests it is well run and in good shape, and cash flows are strong.

        ~ 50+ machines
        ~ 50+ dyers
        – 6 vending machines (owned)
        – approx. 3,000sqft
        – lease expires 2030 w/ 5 yr options through 2050

          H- what kind of partner are you looking for? Just investing? An operating partner? Something else?
