Hello proud owners and potential owners

Just wanted to say Hi to all Laundromat owners or potential owner. Just purchased a very small coin operated Laundromat a month ago. The owner waned to get out of the business, so I thought it was a good deal and grabbed it. However, I kinda jumped the gun and have no idea how to ruth it. I am learning day by day.

Nice to meet you as well. Yes I made some mistakes buying this business. My suggestion for you would be please do your due diligence very carefully and make sure the business have a potential for positive NOI among other parameter.
This business usually are coin operated and they can present some challenges especially trying to determine the actual income.
