My topic is on scaling the commercial laundry vertical. Right now our plan is to engage with a virtual outbound sales/cold-call firm to help with 1) generating a list of possible leads and 2) conducting cold-calls to see if they are interested. Does anybody here have experience with this type of method to start scaling? Any ideas on:
– Generating a list of possible leads
– Cold Call strategies
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am interested in the same thing., We do have some dry cleaners, salons, massage therapists, commercial cleaners and some landscapers, but want to do more as well.

Loved our conversation on this topic this week. Just a couple of quick ideas for anyone else interested in generating leads:
1. Direct mail marketing
2. Cold calling (Mac is using a VA)
3. Google and LinkedIn ads
4. Organic search through blogging & SEO
I’d love to hear more ideas people have seen work or more specifics in any of these that work, too!
