I’m an Associate at a PE firm in Boston, I’ve found a few (listed) near me and working on building out my model.
It will be an operating model, supporting a forecast P&L, supporting a transaction summary, in which I have debt levers built in to output IRR and MOIC values. Pretty sure I have that on lock but I’m on here to get a better sense of macro effects on laundromats, i.e. population and competition are my biggest concerns.
