        Hello,

        My name is Patrick, and I live in the Houston, TX area. My wife and I both work as chemical operators and do well in the industry but would also like to consider a passive income source for in the future.

        I have been listening to all of the Laundrymat Resource videos and am in the planning stages now collecting market data and doing a ton of research. I look forward to meeting with you guys and any advice you may have.

          Hi Patrick,
          How are things progressing? I’m in the DFW area and starting to look into it though my wife is extremely nervous so, lots of obstacles to overcome.
