I’m Nick and I’m brand new to this world. I’m so grateful for Jordan to spend his time putting out all of these resources to learn from.
I have a good job but would love to supplement with income from a laundromat. I want to be the first in my family to ever own a business.
I’ve looked at a handful of laundromats in person so far just to get a feel. The business buying websites have little to no deals involving laundromats in my area right now, so I assume I’ll have to source potential deals myself by contacting existing owners directly. Has anyone else had to do that? Any advice on that method or any other ideas?
It all seems a little daunting but also exciting. Thanks so much for all your help Laundromat community.
