Hello laundromat resource! My names Leo, ive Been on the laundromat business desire for a few months now. Moreover, I currently found a semi run down laundromat that needs revenue to continue. I spoke with the owner and he’s willing to sell… he said to run my numbers and offer a reasonable price. Then we’ll talk. So I just want to stop by and ask. How would I know what the current value of the business is if I don’t have the past years docs…. Any advice is appreciated on what to do at this point.
