New Member in Las Vegas Nevada – In negotiation for Zombiemat

Hi my name is Sherrie – husband is Jeff. We have been looking for a year for a laundromat – Now we are in the negotiations for a Zombimat. We really – really want it, but not if the numbers don’t make sense. We are currently looking for a distributer to give us some numbers regarding new equipment in Las Vegas, Nevada. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If I were in your shoes, these are some things I’d be interested in:
1- population density
2- demographic
3- nearest competition
4- permits
5- fluff & fold vs. self-service

Hi Oscar, Thanks for the info. I found some basic population and demographic info on Loopnet. This last weekend I went to the 4 closest laundromats and reviewed the competition. The store has been licensed as a laundromat for many years so I am sure that is ok. I know that I will need to get building permit and upgrade to code and my LOI has a inspection period. I am very excited about adding a professional fluff and fold as that is certainly lacking in the competition. I just watched the video on Stachup program and software. Have you see it? It was amazing how detailed the software is. Where are you located?

That is great news. Keep us posted on when you buy one. Re the equipment, depending on age, you may be able to keep the old stuff running for a while. Easy to buy parts online. Most zombie mats do need new machines. But 10 yr old machines usually work just fine.
