I’m a general contractor in Orange County, CA. I’ve done many house flips and other service businesses over the past 20 some years.
I finally realized the importance of residual recurring revenue. All of my house flips, and all of my service customers are one-and-done… meaning, I’m out of a job every time I complete a project.
Laundromats look like a great opportunity for scalable recurring income, just like rental property. I’m actively seeking a laundromat in OC and want to build wash/ old and pick/delivery.
