        Hi everyone,

        My name is Andrew Worgan and I am a real estate investor from Albany, NY. My experience is mostly with multi families and house flipping. I am now branching off into commercial real estate and laundromats. I am currently in the process of an acquisition in Troy, NY that includes an older laundromat and the commercial property.

        I am always hungry for new laundromat knowledge, so I will be seeking advice from the veterans in this forum. I love the podcast and I am very happy to be apart of this community.

            I made the same move 2 years ago and this was the best choice i have made in the last 15 years.
