Hey guys hope you are all doing well. Just wanted to see if anybody with more experience than what i have could give some input on quick question. I’m trying to acquire my first deal on a laundromat. There doesn’t seem to be a whole lot of for sale laundromats available in my area. If I find a building for lease does anyone know if landlords are usually open to allowing the modifications to the building that you would need to be done to get the hookups for the laundry equipment?
