First i want to start off by saying thank you to anyone for advice or direction. I am new here and looking for a place to invest some capital. Through research it seems laundry mats might be a good opportunity to diverse my portfolio. I have been looking around for some for sale here in Central to North Florida. I came across a site called lbrokers.com and was not sure if anyone had any experience with this site or agents. Currently looking for any guidance on finding a good agent. I will keep doing research on the site along to help guide me to my first purchase. Any guidance is appreciate if someone is here local to Florida.
