Hello- I’m looking at making an offer on my first laundromat in Brooklyn NY. For the due diligence phase, I’m looking for an expert opinion to help me inspect the equipment and overall infrastructure. Any thoughts on hiring someone for something like this? Where would you look? How would you go about finding someone like this?
