Looking for a Broker to help buy 1st laundromat in SoCal

Hi, Michelle here. I’m new to this forum and have been doing online research for 2 months now. I’m looking to purchase my 1st laundromat in LA or Orange County, California and I’m looking for a buying broker to help. Any suggestions?

I’m in the DFW area of Texas and just google laundry mat for sale near your area. Several local and national broker companies should pop up. Word of warning though, many will not give you any addresses to look until you prove your ability to finance the property. The ones in my area range from 150k to 1m plus.

I am still looking for financing to get my first, most are hard money loan sharks so far….
