Letter of intent

I will soon be going around to various laundromats and attempt to speak with owners about potentially selling their business. I plan on writing a letter and giving it to attendants, owners, managers etc. Does anyone have a copy of something they have used or have any ideas of exactly what should be in it. I assume not much since its just a letter basically asking if they are interested in selling. Any ideas help thanks

I decided to compile of list of laundromats in my area and just start sending feeler letters out. My plan is to follow up with additional letters every 3 months. i will let everyone know if i get and bites.

I’ve seen a lot of success with that and I’ve had some consulting clients have a lot of success with that, too! Hope you get some traction!

I did this years ago and got a handful of calls. It can work, and it will give you some experience evaluating locations.
