        Hi,

        I’m excited to buy my first laundromat and doing due diligence on a few locations around LA. I’m trying to get the figures work out and they barely make it with the utilities and older machines. It looks like we have some massive rate hikes about to hit. Is that correct? Are existing laundromats about to become unprofitable in LA?
