I have not met with anyone yet. I want to first visit with a few local owners and see what the landscape looks like. I’ll also check with distributors as well.

Howdy. Just beginning the search. I have a fairly decent job and no children, so this is turning into my “fun” pastime. Hoping it leads to a life of semi-passive income.

In addition to reading through the materials on this site, I also like driving by existing laundromats. It’s interesting because each one seems to have its own personality. By driving by you get to see what works and pops out. Drove by one today that looks like an absolute gold mine.
