Hi all, my name is Mitch Brunette. I’ve posted a bit here and there on the forums as a newbie trying to get my first location. I currently have my first laundry under contract after focusing hard on finding one for the last few months. We are 1 week into due diligence and it is looking good thus far! I’m up in Minnesota, looking to get this one rolling and buy another as fast as I responsibly can. I grew up in laundromat’s as a consumer, own a couple single family rentals and shifting gears to this space. Best of luck to all on their respective searches!

Dude, Mitch, that is awesome!! Good for you.
My company headquarters is in St Paul. You guys had it super rough during civil unrest there!! I hope your laundromat didn’t get thrashed!
