Hi all! I’m LaShelle and I’m looking for my first laundromat in West TN in the Jackson, TN area. I drive trucks and have been devouring the podcasts while I’m on the road. I’m looking forward to learning and growing and helping where and when I can.

This is Steve. I’m a member of Laundromat Resource and I’m interested in buying a laundromat (preferably in TN if I can since I have family there). I saw Jordan Berry recent email on laundromat’s and he mentioned you and that you were looking to buy a laundromat also. How far along are you to puchase a laundromat? Any tips you can recommend?

I’m a bit away from purchasing a laundromat. I’m listening to podcasts, saving and figuring out what size and area would work best. I only recently discovered this source so I’m early in my journey. From listening to the podcasts I do randomly check Craigslist and the BizBuySell website to see if there are any for sale.

That’s cool. I’m in the same boat. Trying to look at due dilligence now and be able to be and owner of a laundromat of car wash by end of the first quarter of next year. Be encouraged!
