Wanted to invest in laundromats back in the ’80s but Life got in the way. Now that I’m nearing retirement age am looking at them again. I foresee numerous foreclosures and downsizing over the next few years making laundromats a needed resource in a community. Also foreseeing an increase in RV use in non-tourist areas. So, here I am – ready to learn the ins and outs of purchasing a laundromat and being profitable from the get go. Currently, I am a writer of copy & content for business, marketing, and personal development professionals – so marketing and advertising won’t be a problem.
