Hello from South Florida

My wife and I are tire of the rat race, looking to expand into the laundromat, would love to meet other South Florida (Broward or Miami) peeps. A little about us, we’re both in our 30s, two kids plus one on the way. She’s a physicist and I am an engineer, we currently own two investment properties.

Hope to meet other users here and looking to learn tons about this business.

Hi Gnr5 and John!

I’m in North Miami and I’m looking for buying opportunities. I’m having a difficult time locating laundry business brokers that will discuss deals without buying into their larger services model (new design services, machine leasing, consulting). Have either of you had similar experiences? I’d like to get connected with brokers and see what is on the market.
