        Hello everyone.

        My name is Sam Levari and I am the proud owner of Erica’s laundromat. I think I am the fifth one in the 20 years the place exists. Got it a year and half ago. Luckily it was remodeled a year earlier and half the equipment was replaced. It was also very well managed so it was easy for me to get started. I learned a lot since then and I think I am ready to tackle the next laundromat. If anyone knows of a place for sale in the west valley area please let me know
