        Hi Everyone,
I am new to the community and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Percie, and I live in Buena Park, CA. My wife and I have thrown around the idea of owning a laundromat for a couple of years now, but I’d really like to take things from an idea to a reality. I have a good paying job, but I am really getting burnt out with all of the stress, pressure, and extra hours. I am looking forward to learning as much as I can and putting all of the valuable knowledge to use to buy my own laundromat.

Best of luck to you. I’ve had a hard time finding Laundromats that arn’t total rubbish with up to 80% broken machines. The books that I’m seeing are terrible as well. I think if you get into the $300k and above range things start to make a little more sense. Knocking on doors rather than reading online listings is better as well.

Percie! Hi, It’s nice to have you here. I’m also from the Southern California area. I have been having the same thought process as you. I have a decent job that pays well, but the job is starting to burn me out too.
