        Hello to all!

        My name is Jeff and I am considering purchasing a laundromat and thankful for finding this resource and being able to learn from your experiences. I am a Navy veteran. I have never owned a business, mostly due to not being confident enough and playing it safe. The playing it safe days are over, I am ready to live fully and take some risks and to help others as well as myself. I have been blue collar most of my working life but have been a Realtor in Michigan for the past 2 years. I look forward to interacting with you all and learning from you.
