Hello From NC! Looking to buy my first laundromat!

Hello,

I plan on opening a laundromat in Old Fort, NC, there is not one already in our town! I know absolutely nothing to be quite honest with you. I have a dream of financial freedom, and this is my first step. I do not have a background in business but I am a quick learner and a hard worker. I want nothing more. I will take any amount of advice, tricks, tips, whatever you got! Please and Thank you in advance. I am finalizing my business plan and have a very potential space for lease (suit to build). I want to have a laundry service as well! I want to make it a community place as well! Semi Annual clothes swaps, pet adoption days, etc. Also I want to invite food trucks to come as well! I want a modern 70s feel and look as well.

Welcome Arica!

I’m also in NC. I’m looking to buy an established business in the near future. Perhaps down the road I’ll look into the build-out option as I raise enough cash to do something like that. You’ll have to keep everyone posted on how things progress and things you learn along your journey.
