      For wash n fold and pickup delivery services, how do y’all handle lost items and items that clients have claimed to be lost while in your possession?

        Hello,
        I think the documents received with photos and detailed descriptions. Communicate this list to the client for confirmation. In case of a lost item claim, review the documentation and communicate transparently with the client. If the item is confirmed lost while in your possession, compensate the client fairly as per your policy.
