Hey all,
My wife and I are brand new to the industry and are pretty sure we want to buy an existing laundromat and upgrade it to increase the value.
The question we have is how you do this without turning all of the existing customers away while you’re doing the renovation.
Should we not be fearful that they might go somewhere else while we’re doing all the work and not come back?
