My name is Monica and I live in Santa Cruz, CA. I decided to quit my corporate job in May of this year – I’m ready to make a big change. I want freedom and flexibility and I believe owning laundromats will provide this to me and my family. There seems to be one for sale in my neighborhood but it’s been surprisingly difficult to get anyone to call me back. I’ve had the same experience with another laundromat for sale a bit further away. Has this been your experience? Is it typical to not get a call back? And if so, any suggestions on how to move forward?
