My wife and I are first time buyers. We have a family friend selling his laundromat for what we think is a fair price. But how do we really determine if it is a good deal or not? We have looked at doing the EBITDA and also looked at the P&L sheets and to our knowledge everything lines up. However, we are looking for how everyone has been able to determine actual value to compare to the total cost of the business.
