Does the Laundromat industry ever use average revenue per customer as an indicator or measure ?
I don’t think I have ever seen this mentioned related to the mat business.
What would you guess it costs an average customer at a mat ? $7 to $10 ?
If my assumption is correct that this measurement is not used I can get the history of this meaning since cash going through machines and most people are not doing customer counts but with card systems being used and with technology available to count customers there must be an idea of the average spend per customer.
This recently came to mind as I have been “counting cars” at a couple of locations.
