One of the biggest questions I get is, “How can I find a laundromat for sale near me?” We built this website to help buyers find laundromats for sale and to connect both laundromat buyers and sellers with great agents and brokers! We built this website to help sellers connect with buyers quickly and efficiently. With a self-selected buyers email list of over 1,000 investors plus our massive (and growing) audiences on all our various channels, we can help sellers connect with the right buyer!
We also built this website to reward the great agents and brokers out there helping you buy and sell laundromats. I get asked for broker recommendations all the time so we integrated into this website the ability for great agents to be rewarded with great ratings and reviews. Consequently, also integrated into the website is some extra motivation to the mediocre and poor agents to step up their game.
And there is way more coming on this site to make it easier to both buy and sell laundromats and commercial real estate for FREE!
But that’s only a small part of this podcast. This episode is really about “Why?” It’s about why Laundromat Resource exists, it’s about why Laundromat Marketplace now exists, and it’s about why we need to work together to help this industry reach its huge potential. There is a lot to be done, so we’ll need to do it together!
