    Just went thru SBA and a Manufacture for financing neither asked for a business plan.
    You would need one to build from the ground up. But to purchase a current operating store, you most likely won’t need one

    It is good to have a plan for yourself as a map to navigate
    Get a good advisor or laundry consultant
    Good CPA and lawyer
    And somebody that has been in business 20 years more than you
