Thanks for your voice! I have not been on Laundry Resources for awhile….kind a took a hiatus. Don’t get jealous …your opportunity is right at hand.

I am looking for real estate w/laundromat, to build out, or to build from the ground up. I thought I found the perfect space which was an old Car Wash, but it fell through.
