    Had a problem with one of my bids on DealDash, so I reached out to dealdash customer support. It took a bit to get through, but the person who helped me was super patient and actually explained where I messed up. They walked me through the fix step by step, which I really appreciated. The whole process wasn’t the fastest, but they made sure I understood everything and got the issue handled. Not perfect, but they came through in the end.
