Visiting popeyes louisiana kitchen for dinner seemed like a good idea, but my recent experience wasn’t great. The food arrived cold, and the chicken wasn’t crispy like I expected. When I reached out to customer service, I didn’t get a satisfying response. It’s a shame because I’ve always loved their food, but this experience was disappointing.
