    My group tour booked with Viator was accidentally overbooked and I didn’t know what to do. I quickly figured out how to contact Viator customer service and spoke to a representative. They apologized for the inconvenience and found an alternative tour for the same day. Thanks to their support, my trip was not disrupted.
