Hello Justin, reminds me of the guy that met a girl, introduced himself and asked if she would like to get married and have his babies.
The method I have used with the 46 laundromats I have visited here in NorCal is to introduce myself in person and announce that I am trying to learn everything about the laundromat business in hopes of someday owning one. I have not been poorly received by anyone so far.Interesting note, the managers of the stores seem to know a lot more than the owners about day to day operations. Two of spots actually let me know they would like to sell and were happy to talk at length. I also ask if they are hiring, and/or do they know anyone else in the business that may be interested in selling a store. Humility goes a long way in the sales business. Best of luck to you.
