Hello Lisa and Rob, wanted to check in with you and see how your search is coming along. I too am looking for my first location and sometimes the search can feel neverending, right? It appears you have a good idea of what you are looking for, have you had any traction? After 3 solid months of letters, cold stop bys, networking; I was able to get my first location under contract. For my search, the success came from consistently staying in contact with a distributor, staying top of mind and clearly communicating that I was a legitimate buyer with the means to close the transaction.
