Hi Jordan – just saw you posted here. I just posted in the regular Laundromat forum, but do you have any good recommendations for service mechanics that can assess equipment on-site? I am working on my first deal and need help finding someone who can assess the equipment + make recommendations for what parts need to be replaced. Dexter washer and dryers
