Dave Menz, “The Laundromat Millionaire,” also has a book coming out at year end. But as Jason states, this site is wealth of knowledge. Would also suggest social media sites where there are groups you can join to gain additional knowledge.

The beauty of this industry are the different models that if done correctly can produce great results.
